Shipping Policy
● Customers wishing to return or exchange an item must courier the product to:
Nourae E-Store, [Insert Address Here], with the order number clearly mentioned on
the parcel.
● If the error is on Nourae’s end (damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order), Nourae will
bear the shipping cost.
● In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost for return and exchange.
● Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location.

● We maintain shipment records and coordinate closely with courier partners to ensure
smooth delivery.
● However, Nourae cannot guarantee shipment delivery once dispatched.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Nourae, we always strive to facilitate our valued customers with easy return and exchange
services under the following terms and conditions:
● Customers are requested not to accept parcels if the packaging is damaged or the seal
is broken.
● Articles can be exchanged one time only within 7 days of delivery and within the
same category. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with
the price tag attached, and accompanied by the invoice.
● Nourae will not accept returns/exchanges where care instructions have not been
followed.
● Size exchanges are available depending on stock availability, but must be within the
same category.
● Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Exchanges can only be processed through our official customer support email
(wearnourae@gmail.com) or phone number (+92 332 0768804) if a Nourae Store is not available in your city.
● If a product arrives damaged or missing, customers must contact us immediately after
receiving the parcel.
● All returned products will undergo quality inspection. If items are found to be used,
washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, the return/exchange will not be
accepted.
● Nourae does not offer direct cash refunds.
● In exceptional cases, a coupon/voucher of the same value may be issued for
E-Store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days and redeemable on the
E-Store.
● Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
● If approved, refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 5–7 business days
and credited to the original payment method.
● Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded
